The Challenge
Followr's agency/whitelabel motion depends on rapid, repeatable onboarding of many client brands with consistent governance. The platform's whitelabel model includes brand customization, client/company creation, role assignment, and credit/limit distribution - by design, that becomes operationally fragile if workflows are manual or inconsistent. Our Process
We mapped the full whitelabel lifecycle (agency setup -> client/company creation -> roles -> limits -> scheduling readiness), then implemented automated provisioning, metering, and limit enforcement with an admin console. We added dashboards and alerts around abnormal usage patterns, plus standardized runbooks so support could resolve configuration and access issues without engineering intervention.
