The Challenge

PipeLime's value proposition is speed and immediacy: identify visitors "the moment they land" and push leads into the pipeline automatically. Our Process

We rebuilt the processing path as an event-driven pipeline with strict dedup rules, quality scoring, and an integration layer designed for idempotency. We added delivery retries, dead-letter capture for failures, and pipeline observability with alerting before customers noticed breakage.
