The Challenge

A multi-country distributor lives and dies on information flow: accurate product catalog, current pricing, availability, and fast quote turnaround. Manual PDF, spreadsheet, and email processes eventually collapse under volume and create avoidable errors. After-sales service also needed structured routing so inbound service and warranty requests did not disappear into inboxes.

Our Process

We modeled products, regions, customers, and service workflows; implemented a centralized product data store with version control; and built a secure portal for partner ordering and quote requests. We added region-aware rules and a structured service intake process that routed requests to the correct queue with complete information up front.
